Intro: This story is the sequel to Deep Elem Blues. It is an
alternate universe that branched off from TOS just before
the end of the first 5 year mission. It is rated PG-13
for violence and for the subject of slavery and its effects.

OBdisclaim: Paramount/Viaborg is god; it owns the whole
damn Trekiverse including Kirk and Spock -- but I'm gonna
play with 'em a while, anyhow. Keep a copy of this if ye like
