The Kirk/Spock online Festival of 2003 has started, and anyone who
wants to participate should join now.

We're going to do this a little differently than before. Thanks to
Downdilly for the idea!

We're going to challenge each other. We're going to draw names, and
anyone who wants to participate will be allowed to make ONE challenge.
This challenge will be dealt out randomly to one of the other
participants.
