Voyager Borg Episode Loophole

Hey I was watching the first voyager borg episode (former borg living on a
planet as humans). they said they were assimilated at wolf 359 but the
only cube there was destroyed! How the hell did they get to the delta
quadrant??

I have solved this problem. The borg beamed to the starships and
assimilated the crew. The people were never on the cube that was destroyed
at Wolf 359. The Starships under borg control went to one of those subspace
conduits we saw in "Descent" and met up with the cube mentioned in the
recent Voyager episode.

a transwarp conduit after the battle at Wolf 359 but before the Enterprise
