need Star Trek gift idea

My mother in law is retiring from her job as a nurse, and when asked
what sort of party she would like, she enthusiastically answered "Star
Trek!"

I was trying to think of something unique to get her - something
along the lines of the unreleased fourth season from an alternate
reality. Since that's a bit difficult, I was wondering if there might
be something a bit more obtainable?

Everyone at the party needs to be in some sort of ST getup, doesn't have to
be fancy, just ST-esque! Does she have a favorite ST series?

You could get her an iPod Touch with all sorts of ST content -- podcasts,
audiobooks, maybe some of the shows, some of the books in e-format, games, &
so on. Maybe being retired she'll have time to spend with it. :-)
