After a sluggish first half, in which Preston were doing quite well,
and Chelsea were looking like they were making things hard for
themselves, the half time cup of tea - and roasting from Poch -
worked wonders. Chelsea stepped it up in the second half, looked a
more polished team, scored four goals and knocked Preston out of the
FA Cup.
The final scoreline is probably the sort of result that most people
expected to see from this fixture. So no cup upset... please move
along, there's nothing to see here.
