Chelsea 1 Fulham 0
Chelsea win their third Premier League game on the trot, although it
wasn't the most convincing of performances.
The game itself was fairly dull. A local derby between two average
enough teams. Chelsea were the better side for large parts of the
game with plenty of possession, but no penetration. (A familiar story
with Chelsea these days.) Chelsea did look fairly shaky at times but
they did enough to win the game... although they were holding on at
the end as Fulham never gave up.
Still, a win is a win, and Chelsea's home record is looking a bit
better than it was. The three points are most welcome too. With Ben
Chilwell coming off the bench in the second half it could be that we
are seeing the green shoots of recovery at Chelsea FC...
