This week we didn't get the two equalisers first!

Brentford win at Stamford Bridge for the third year running as the
toothless version of Chelsea return. Of course, Nicolas Jackson started
up top for Chelsea. Co-incidence? I think not! Chelsea's growing injury
list is worrying too. (Just what are they doing at Cobham?!) But the lack
of somebody to consistently put the ball in the back of the net will turn
out to be a major mistake when this season is looked back on.

Nkunku is due back after the next international break but Chelsea are way
off the pace...they are playing okay, creating chances but doing nothing
with them. He needs to be fully fit when he returns though and if he is,
maybe, just maybe, he can change our fortunes up front. (?)

There's some hard fixtures ahead; the next five PL games for Chelsea are
Tottenham, Man City. Newcastle, Brighton and Manchester Utd. (Gulp!) So
the next month is going to be a tough time for Mauricio Pochettino and
the boys in blue.
