what's the deal with ticketstock?

The Ticket's ads have been teasing Ticketstock with the line "Is there
a doctor in the house? The sky's the limit."

I was thinking, oh jeez, they've gotten Doctor and the Medics to come
out of retirement to sing "Spirit in the Sky", just the kind of
mid-80's flashback I'd expect from the little Ticket.
Now they're promo-ing the headliner as the Coffee Nods (whatever the
hell that is), yet they say you'll be amazed by what the doctor can
do.
Does anyone have any idea what the "doctor" references are about?
(I don't pay attention to every word, especially the ads and bumpers.)

No clue about the Doctor....perhaps Julius Erving (Dr. J) will make an
appearance.
