What's worse, the Sharks current predicament or the Oilers?

- They have two generational talents in McGregor and Draisaitl
- They had the most 1st overall picks in the past 20 years
- They have no cap space
- They're tied for last place with the Sharks whom have little to no talent.
- They lost to the Sharks
- They've had a revolving door of coaches in the last 5 years

The Oilers better not get yet another 1st overall pick in 2024.

The Sharks' situation is worse. McDavid is 26; Draisaitl is 28. Nugent-Hopkins is 30. They have years of stellar play ahead. The Sharks have nothing on the horizon. Edmonton's biggest problem has been never having enough emphasis on defense and having a vastly overrated goaltender. Fix those things, and a couple other adjustments, and they're a top contender.

OK well let's just say Jay Woodcroft's situation is worse at the moment, for vastly unperforming to expectations. One video was suggesting he said "well that might be it" as he walked off with assistant, and assistant replies "yep".

Both goalies have abysmal save percentage, youre right they've never solved the goalie issues
