Dear Islanders Fans:
It’s that time of year again!
Come and meet the 2011-12 New York Islanders at our third annual Islanders
Children’s Foundation Day at Adventureland Amusement Park in Farmingdale.
This great family event will be held Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011 and will be your
chance to meet your favorite players.
Exclusive to season ticket holders, the park will open at 9 a.m. and offer
early access to all of the rides, along with the opportunity to be first in
line to meet the players. Autograph sessions for season ticket holders will
take place from 9:30 to 11 a.m. The fundraising event will be $20 for all
season ticket holders, with the proceeds benefiting the Islanders Children’s
Foundation.
Admission bracelets for all other Islanders fans can be purchased for $25.
This will admit them into the park at 11 a.m. and give them the chance to
meet the players from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Purchasing bracelets not only
provides a donation to the ICF, but offers fans access to all players and
coaches as well as unlimited access to all rides in the park until it
closes.
Admission bracelets for this year’s event are available for purchase
tomorrow morning before the event. For more information on the event, please
call 1-800-882-ISLES, extension 4, or email Community Relations Manager Ann
Rina at ann....@newyorkislanders.com.
In the occasion of inclement weather, any cancellation will be posted on
newyorkislanders.com by 8 a.m. the morning the event.
We’re looking forward to seeing you at Adventureland as we prepare for
another great year of Islanders hockey. Go Islanders!
Sincerely,
New York Islanders Hockey Club
