Get HDTV.

I really like them except for the numbers thing, but isn't the point that
they are being faithful to an actually jersey? Good with bad I guess. I
like that something that is traditional still looks decent. Think of what
Vancouver would look like in a retro jersey. Or the Kings in their old
musturd colours!

I think he is talking about the ole V-shaped wool like jersey.

I seem to be one of the few people who thinks the original Vancouver "hockey
stick" jersey (with the delightful blue and green colour scheme) is
butt-ugly.

They're marginally better this year than last because they changed the
border to white from blue, which gives a little contrast to the blue
stripe at the midsection. It's still impossible to make out the
differences between some digits, though; for a couple shifts I was
wondering when Kovalev got back until I realized it was 37 I was looking
at and not 27. (Those of you who wish to poke fun at me for not
immediately seeing the difference between Sundstrom & Kovalev may do so
now :P)
I said it last year and I'll say it again: those numbers need to be white,
to contrast the blue stripe, with a thick red outline to contrast the
white above the stripe.
