I'm already sick of Ferraro. He has started right where he left off. I've
never seen a player suck as bad as he does. His poorly conceived passes cost
the Kings way too many games last season. He has made three bad passes for
scoring chances and committed a penalty in the first period of the first game,
and don't give me any excuses, he just bites. What was his +/- last year, I
bet it was worse than minus twenty. He has no game and gets way to much ice
time.

Kings fans, we will never win the Cup with Ray on this team!!

Otherwise, it's a all around, good team.

Do not concur with you...

Yes he had a bad game tonite (as bad as I've ever seen), but he adds so
much more than the stats show. There's always an interest among other
teams for his services around playoff time -- and there is a reason for
this. You can't rebuild a team with young players only. There needs
to be a blend of youth and experience.

Entertaining game tonite. Could've gone either way. Murray blew a few
scoring chances as did Jagr. Robert Dome was invisible while Jokinen
looked poised on the power play and made some great passes. No shots
on goal, though. Great game by Galley on both ends of the rink. If he
can sustain that for a whole season, I'll be damned.

On the other hand....

he scored 25 goals last year and led the team in goals (okay, that's not saying
too much)

But I've never seen him dog it on the ice--ever. It's apparent that he shows
up to play every game.

Let's see how things shape up this season...

You've got that jack. I just finished watching game 2 and he sucked again. He did
manage to score a cheap one but believe me he sucked "royally" on this night.
We played like shit tonight against the hapless Bruins. Fiset also totally blew tonight.
He and Norstrom looked like fools on the winner. Blakey and Galley looked real solid
but the rest of the D took the night off, especially Norstrom. And why the hell
is Aki being benched, he is much better than that clown Zmolek and Boucher as
well. Kudos to Maclean and Smyth who were the two best forwards on the night.
We should have won this on hands down, but we didn't finish one check all night
Craig Johnson was also pretty good. Ollie didn't get a point but he's a keeper.
He had a couple of excellent shots in the third. Him between Smyth and MacLean
would be interesting. Hopefully, this one will be a blessing in disguise and
Larry will set em straight. This was my first post so please feel free to agree or dis.

"that clown Zmolek." Hey, I remember many times last season when
Zmolek was one of very few players on the ice giving it his all. He was
always willing to defend smaller King players in scrapes, get his nose
bloodied and, I thought, played solid although not flashy defense. I agree,
Aki Berg appears that he will be a great player some day and should be getting
ice time. However, if Zmolek is a "clown", then bring on the circus and the
Kings will win some games.

I think Ferraro will be traded sometime during the season, as the Kings
really don't need the guy. Did anyone catch that penalty he took as he
hooked one of the Bruins down in their zone? That was awful..

He used to play for the Kings (late 90s), that's why he hates them.
