"I love LA", played after every Kings goal, is sung by Huey Lewis.
The song was originally composed in 1990 for a Nike commercial.
Since I haven't heard the version at the Kings game, I can't
say who is singing it, but I will say that in the Newman version,
Randy's voice does sound quite similar to Huey Lewis.

From the West Side
To the East Side
Everybody's
Very happy
'Cause the sun is shining all the time
Looks like another perfect day
[Sing along with Randy and me, now!]
I LOVE LA!
(We love it!)
...I moved from Cali 4 yrs ago, but it still gives me goosebumps to hear

I have the CD, too, but you know people not from SoCal never seem to have
heard of it. Most people are like, oh that's a neat song. It was like
SoCal's "national anthem" in it's day.

I thought it was made the "official" song of L.A. just like "New York, New
York"
and "I Left My Heart In San Francisco" and "Chicago" ???
City officials objected to the line - "Look at that bum over there, down on his
knees"
So the song has hence been the unofficial theme of LA

Yes, I believe they preferred "Look at that HO over there, down on her knees"
