Nothing else to do in Texas but to get a Beef on Weck?
In a Buffalo NG no less.....

Jason,
You can't get weck rolls in Texas. Because of the high humidity the salt
on the buns would quickly evaporate. You can pick up some regular"run
of the mill" rolls but it it just wouldn't be the same would it?
You gonna have to move back North to enjoy the real thing ;-)

Heh, I just got done eating one 5 minutes ago at the Township Grill
(Matthews, NC). See if they will sell/send you some. More salt than the
roads of Hamburg in mid January.
Amazing how many people from Buffalo live down here.
....Borzz
His real problem is going to be finding them; the only place I know of around
here that has 'em is a Bills bar.

So your ignorance of Dallas isn't limited to hockey. High humidity in
Dallas? BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! It is humid today, but that is very rare. It is
usually quite dry here. We have a drought every couple of years in the
summer.
