I was reading the NY TImes , and saw a picture of what I thought was
Reagan with a mustache but it turned out to be Stalin.

The article was about a revisionist Russian textbook translated into
English.

The article pointed out that the autocrat Stalin had the same economic
policies as autocrat tsar Peter.

Translated, it's essentially: demand the impossible and then you will
get the maximum

THis is the second time I had read something similar.

Apparently Stalin also used to say "quantity has a quality all its
own"

I find hockey's management policy freakishly similar to Stalinist era
Russia
