New Rules Ruining Pro Football

From what I've seen so far, some of the new rules (like the kickoff, illegal
hits, and knocking a Receiver out of bounds who would have otherwise landed
in bounds, is adversely affecting the game.
It's no fun to see kick after kick go out of the end zone without a run
back. Football is supposed to be a hard hitting game, but the latest
penalties make for bad calls. I'm seeing too many dirty hits going uncalled
and some unavoidable hits turned into penalties. Some of the piling on is
inexcuseable, yet the officials don't call unnecessary roughness, but tap a
guy on the helmut and it's 15 yards.

I wish they would get their act together. It seems that whether a team wins
or not often depends on which officials they get.
