I read in the paper today that if the Bucs get a new head coach they
will then be paying on contracts of 3 head coaches --- Gruden, Morris,
and the new guy

Apparently Jon Boy's contract provided a provision whereby his pay
from doing TV doesn't off-set any of his salary owed by the Bucs for
coaching. As I understand it,another NFL job would be deducted.
