Getting Webster back would be a major coup. I would be a *lot* more
comfortable with the draft, even if I didn't agree with some of the
selections. As James has said, it's a crap-shoot, but the winners are
the teams who do the best 'homework'. I believe Webster was always very
thorough with his evaluations. His major gripe (as with *all* scouts)
was that the HC/GM didn't always take his advice.

It is funny how everyone is druelling over Cowher and where Cowher is
going, yet Brian Billick has also been assembling a staff. Wonder
where he may go? Some stipulation maybe Buffalo? Who knows?

I like Billick. He's also good with young QB's.

I say make him Assistant HC and OC but pay him the money. Let Mo
concentrate on defense.

personally I like Morris after he finally was able to dump Bates and
took over defensive duties. I still think he (really the glazer boys)
needs to hire a DC that is more inline with what Morris wants to do on
defense. A DC that will probably have at its base the cover 2 with
working in a few wrinkles or two.
