Anyone catch this? Did you see Gruden and Flabb after the 49er win?

Gruden: I love you guys, I love you guys, I love you man. (Isn't that a
commercial?)

But the best was Flabb jumping up and down beside Gruden like an
overweight fucking ballerina. Priceless.

Later on, they interviewed Flabb, Rice and Brooks. Flabb said he hates Philly
because we somehow dissed Jerome Brown after he died. Huh? Oh, that
Miami connection. Did Miami hold a vigile? Don't think so.

After that, they interview Dawkins, but I noticed they tried to make him look
small by doing all close-ups. In the previous interview with the *losers*, they
panned out to try to show their size, which they don't have.

Yeah, your right...I'm sure HBO is behind a big conspiracy to make the
Eagles look small and the Bucs look big. Give me a break.

Wow, that was a great come back. Did you type that on your wireless
equipped laptop while floating on your little dinghy?

Keep trying to convincing yourself that your D line is HUGGGGE. Reality:
they are small. The HBO shit was all media bullshit.

The Eagles O'line blows those stiffs the line off scrimmage on Sunday and
has done it again and again and again. Was that 4 times? No, that was 3,
make it 5.

Hey Moron, Exactly how do you show a closeup with 3 people in the frame?

And FYI being in the TV business before... you do close ups to make
something seem larger than what it really is by hiding it's surrondings and
background. You have wide angles to give you space and shrink the intended
object.

Go Bucs!

Who is "Flabb"? Are you trying to make fun of
McNabb's increased weight? Not cool. Close-ups
make someone look small??? Go away loser.

Here's a thought, dumb ass. When there are three men in a picture, doesn't
the camera need to be further back in order to capture all three in the
image? Seems you never used a camera.

Why would you even think they would present such an image to show the size
of the Bucs? Goofy.

Ummm..Brooks is a linebacker. You may have heard
of him. Seems he was given some sort of award last week.

Oh really? I got a question we've batted around a few times.

Do you know what causes the delay in the TV signal as opposed to a
radio signal? If you listen to the radio as you watch TV they are about
5 seconds ahead of the TV picture.

Since this happens when the broadcast is local I wouldn't think there
would be any lag time due to bouncing the signal off of a satellite.

Even if you were to consider the time to go up to the satellite and back
down the signal travels so fast that .5 seconds is too much travel time.

Theories have been that the signal is delayed on purpose to prevent
"bleeps", and other various speculations.

IIRC, I heard that one of the signals first
travels through a 'phone' line before being
up-linked. Does that make sense?

No, I think this guy has been hiding in the 'cuzzi in the Giants locker room
waiting for the opportunity to snag a warm wet t-shirt.

You get a lag in satellite signals too Ron. If you've ever talked on one of
the archaic phone lines that jumps one of the ponds via satellite, you would
have gotten lag, though I don't think that applies here.

Those signals are being bounced all over the place. I was watching a game in
a bar a while back that was on the regular TV broadcast. There were few
enough games at the time that they were playing both the TV feed and the
satellite feed simultaneously on separate televisions. There was like a
five-second difference between broadcasts there as well. Probably one
Satellite broadcasting to the local affiliates and one that gets that signal
bounced back to it. Or something like that.
