Is it illegal to rig this game question is in the TYPE of *company* they are. They are a 501(c) 6 non profit organization. *Just a group of like minded fellers getting together to have fun.* The NBA and MLB are NOT under this tax free label and, thus, are required to be *honest*. Not the NFL.
