Niners’ new stadium will carry Levi’s tag

One of San Francisco’s iconic companies, Levi Strauss & Co., will pay
millions to put its name on the San Francisco 49ers’ new stadium in
Santa Clara, sources told The Chronicle on Wednesday.

The deal, details of which will be announced later this morning, will
help the Niners pay for their $1 billion stadium, scheduled to open
in time for the 2014 season.

A press conference is to be held for 11 a.m. Check back at SFGate.com.

I have Moersh-Woltmann Syndrome, a rare disorder brought
about as the result of a high speed rear impact vehicle
collision back in 1997. I was rear-ended by someone from
