Kudos to Dave Spadaro and the Eagles organization for their draft coverage. I have followed the coverage from the official website for many years, and not too long ago Spuds was by himself, multitasking, and not paying attention to the callers.
This year Spuds and Merrill Reese set up a temporary studio. Merrill's seat was adjusted to it's lowest position and Spuds was elevated to appear taller. In a second studio, other website reporters provided excellent color analysis of the various rookies. After each pick, they incorporated multimedia from NFL network, providing expert analysis from Mike Mayock. Then they went live to Kelly/Roseman press conferences after each pick.
For the first time, the Eagles website provided professional coverage of the draft, with obvious emphasis on the Eagles, which is what I was interested in.
