wouldn't discuss Schotty anymore, but I can't help it. The one play/
tendency I hate is all the pre-snap motion/activity and then run the
ball, because it telegraps what they're about to do. IIRC the Jets
have almost always run on such a play. And it seems the run usually
gets stuffed for a loss, no gain or a yard or two.

I know others have slammed Schott on this matter.

Overall, however, good job Schott and the offense yesterday.

the jet offense has been a hose of a different color sice the miami
loss. who can i credit for that ??? in the pittsburg game, there was
very little if any of that silly motion and line shifts. that pre-snap
stuff is designed so that the jet QB can id the defense... the problem
is, it works better with an experienced pocket passer like manning and
is not so good for a young mobile fellow like we have

For whatever reason...yesterday was a completely different approach, and so
was the week before but not quite as much. So...did someone step in, or did
someone butt out of the offensive scheming?

What color is the hose? Don't let Rex know about the hose, or he'll
be useless.

well... since schotty loves all the line shifts and pre-snap motion...
and we saw much less of that the past two weeks... id say cavenaugh
and callahan are "helping" out

Rex would not care. It's what inside that counts. It's like expecting a
