Maybe he doesn't have anything to apologize for? How certain are we
that the woman's allegations are true? He still denies them, doesn't
he? Have we ever gotten the opportunity to hear his side of the story?
I honestly don't remember.

The alleged drink (glass) in the face hit the news & disappeared. Who
knows? The Ipod sounded like the stew mishandled the situation.
You might be right that he had nothing to apologize for but how about
you say, "I am always trying to improve."

I thought his infraction was the night club incident (throwing something
at a woman?).

There was a nightclub incident where a woman claimed that Holmes threw
a drink glass at her. It was mentioned & then went away.
