Pretty much zero. If they go 11-5, they'd need Baltimore to lose both
their games in order to move up to the fifth seed, then they'd need to
win their games and have the six seed win their two games. In that case
the Jets would host the conference championship.
If the Jets win out, they could get a home game if Baltimore loses a
game, then both wild cards win their two playoff games, or if New
England tanks all three of their games, in which case the Jets would be
the top seed (winning the tiebreak with the Steelers if those two finish
tied). This might be a 1% chance, though this page disagrees:

there are 2 possibilities, both highly unlikley.
As you mention, the Jets could get a home game as a wildcard only if
the Jets get #5 seed and wind up playing against the #6 seed in the
AFC Championship game. Don't hold your breath.
The other would be for the Jets to win the Division by winning its 2
remaining games against the Bears and Bills and the Pats to lose its
2 remaining games to Buffalo and Miami. They'd be tied at 12-4 with
the Jets winning the tie breaker by virtue a 4-2 Divisional record to
the Pats' 3-3 Divisional record.
2 unlikely scenarios.

If the Jets and Pats both finish at 12-4 (Jets win at CHI and vs BUF -
AND- Pats lose at BUF and vs MIA), the Jets will win the East and get
the #1 seed regardless of what Pittsburgh and Baltimore do to finish
out their seasons.

Jets somehow also have the 12-4 tiebreaker with Pit and Bal. If all 4
teams finish at 12-4, Jets win the East and are the #1 seed, #2 seed
is Pit, NE is #5 and Bal is #6.

Does anybody know why the Jets hold the 12-4 tiebreaker with Baltimore
even though they beat us?
Does it have something to do with a tie involving three or more teams?
