Open on Sunday night September 10th in Dallas. They play the next Monday night at home against Detroit. Also playing in Washington on Thanksgiving in prime time. I didn't catch all of it but they're scheduled to play four night games, three on the road. I think the fourth is in Philly.

Why do they always start on the road in dallas?

A thanksgiving night game sucks.

They also play Christmas Eve in Arizona.

And they requested and did not get any back to back games on the West Coast.

Hopefully to show Jones picking his nose and crying ... That's good TV ...

Not as much as for my kids and grand kids who'll be driving home

Bad for them and the fans ... since it will be a late game ...

Now that's a big middle finger the NFL has shown them ...

I guess it's good to have the home game (vs the turds) sitting in the bank for later in the season, but with all the glitz of the opening SNF game of the season why does it seem that those assholes always get the home game??? (fortunately, last season it didn't matter at all).

ESPN has our schedule as a loser because we play four teams that are coming off bye weeks.

That sucks! What would you guys think of a league wide bye week half way through the season? I'm not sure if it's ever been considered but, if nothing else, it would eliminate any unfairness caused by this type of thing.

I'd go for two weeks in the middle of the season, half the teams get a
bye on one weekend and half on the other.

Wouldn't that be a novel way to use the bye for the "rest to lower injury potential" spin originally stated ... but having only 8 games
two weeks in a row ... would kill the TV ratings ...

The Giants CANNOT play on Thanksgiving. They owe one more Thanksgiving Day
game to the Stapes!
