I'm willing to bet anyone the Pats make a strong attempt to sign
Seattle wide receiver Alex Bannister if he makes it to the open market.
Consider it a strong hunch. He ended the season on injured reserve with
a broken collarbone, but if he makes it to March 1st without re-signing
with Seattle, I can almost guarantee he'll be getting a call from Scott
Pioli to come here.

He is probably the single best special teams player in the NFL, which

We can use an upgrade in special teams. That might not be fair to Brown but
playing O, D and special teams can slow anyone down by the 4th quarter.
Do you think the hawks would want Johnson?
