Jeff Sagarin's rankings of the NFL teams can be found at

While I disagree with some of the team rankings (he ranks the Jaguars,
Buccaneers, and Jets lower than I would), I agree with his assessment of
the divisions.
He ranks them this way.
1. NFC Central
2. AFC West
3 AFC Central
4 AFC East
5 NFC East
6 NFC West
