He’s a Putz. Should have went with Sewell at #6 and Harris at #18. Two sure things. I’ll bet a cyber beer the Jests take Williams 2 picks before Miami tonight.

God I hope not. Javonte Williams or Bust!
Only way that is a hard decision is if Christian Barmore is still there.

I have read (and done myself) a hundred mock drafts and none of them ever had RBs going this high. I never saw Harris and Ettienne go in the first round. With James Robinson and Carlos Hyde on the roster no one expected the Jaguars to take an RB.

So Javonte just needs to get past the Jets and Falcons. I am afraid.

I don't normally agree with your negativity, but I do today. Putz. Effin Putz. All that draft capital and allow yourself to get jumped?
They should have had a standing deal in place with Atlanta. Should have never missed Javonte. That alone has me pissed.

Then add to that, after being caught flat, at least there is a consolation prize - Christian Barmore is still there... So do they pick the projected best DL in the draft? A projected first rounder? No. The take a third round projected Safety.

I have no opinion of Holland. He may be awesome. Every mock draft and position ranking may be wrong. He may even be worth the 4th overall pick in the second round. Just hard to believe he would not have been available at 50.

I'm done with the draft for this year.

I guess now I'll just wait for preseason to see if any of these picks look like they made sense. I know this; every big play or game Javonte or Barmore has is going to REALLY PISS ME OFF.

I don’t understand the (lack of?) logic to this draft by Grier. He trades down 2 months before the draft, hours later he trades back up netting him a 2023 1st round pick.

He still has a chance to take Sewell at #6 (a no brained day one starter) and goes with an undersized WR with 3 on the roster already.

Then he trades UP and takes a project OL in the 2nd round?

Throw in the complete ignoring of the RB position for the second year in a row, Picking a Safety in the second round round that was sure to be there in the third, and a TE with 3 already on the roster and I’m stumped. How the hell is everyone calling this guy a genius?

Jeff Ireland had his “acorns” and “tweeners” and we finally ran him out of town. Now we got Grier with his “dented can” strategy of drafting. How long before we run this clown out of town?
