Boy, I am just really good at talent evaluation. I was ready to move Rodgers to starter then!! And, loved Marshawn Lynch, Laron Landry and Joe Staley in that 07 draft. I predicted Lynch would be a "Beast" years before Beastmode became his trademark.

Never too early! I see weakness at RB, OT, Defensive backfield and WR
depth.
The WR crop next year is not so good so maybe look to Free agency to
address that issue.

A monster, Plays hurt, doesn't go down easy, Shifty, great vision, has
unorthodoxed moves in the open field. Pair with Rodgers soon for an
all-Cal backfield.

Also to be considered:

Daymeion Hughes, DC, Cal
Hughes has emerged as one of the premier playmaking defensive backs in
college football this season. He has already notched eight
interceptions (two of which he returned for scores) in seven games and
played a big part in limiting Washington State WR Jason Hill to only
two catches last Saturday. The 6-foot senior is quick and athletic for
his size, and he shows outstanding instincts when left alone in
man-to-man coverage. Hughes will solidify a spot in the first round if
he can improve his 40-yard dash time to the 4.4-second range during
postseason workouts.

Laron Landry, S, LSU
Possesses good height and adequate bulk. Shows good fluidity and
top-end speed. He is an instinctive playmaker with outstanding ball
skills. Takes solid angles in coverage and times his jumps well. He
consistently gets a quick break on the ball and diagnoses plays very
quickly. He shows good toughness and strength in run support,
especially for his size. He fills hard and shows adequate power at the
point of attack. Sideline-to-sideline playmaker versus the run. He has
a good mental capacity and coaches rave about his ability to pick
things up quickly. He is a good leader in the secondary and does a
great job of getting everyone in position. He has tremendous experience
as a four-year starter at the highest collegiate level. He also has
been extremely versatile in LSU's secondary throughout his career.

Joe Staley OT, Central Michigan 6-foot-5, 300 pounds, Super Athletic
was timed at 4.70 seconds in the 40-yard dash. Staley's 40-yard time
was faster than the times posted by the 42 offensive linemen who ran at
the NFL Scouting Combine last week. He was also clocked faster than
nine of 21 quarterbacks who ran at the combine.
Staley, who also performed 28 repetitions of 225 pounds on the bench
press, is entering his second season as the Chippewas' starting left
tackle.

He needed a year or two, by his own admission.

Only Staley was available to us. And I like Bulaga better.
