Lets see. How about we parallel the Dallas and GB games against Philly:
Dallas GB
Site Dallas GB
Staley's rushing yards 201 60
Total yards allowed 435 203
Sacks 1 5
Score 41-14 6-3
All that matters lost won
I think that about sums it up.

You idiot..........2 of those werent his fault........were you even watching
the game?

I feel your pain, Dave. Even Switzer is starting to look good.
Come on Dave, did you actually watch the game or do you just pick through
the numbers afterwards?
While 1 of the picks was a poor decision (1st quarter) one of the others was
tipped by Schroeder and Driver stopped his post pattern short on the other.
Last drive of game, Favre goes 4-4 for 46 yards while taking his team down
the field for the win.

>18-32, 3 int's 157 yards.
No pass blocking, sacked five times, under pressure constantly & knocked down a
lot.
Same defensive unit that put Aikman in the hospital.
Spoo
You forgot. We saw how bad the Eagles are today. That's gotta say
something more about those numbers against America's team - hey, shouldn't
they be in Sydney???
-OoTL
The 2 picks were not Brett's fault. For one of Brett's passes, Driver just
stopped on a route to result in one interception, and another pass went
right through Bill Schroeder's hands. And still after Favre was picked off
twice, he was 4 for 4 on his last drive.
Our defense looked great, but so was the Eagles' as they were pressuring
Brett throughout the game. Yet he threw some bullet passes and at one time
in the game he was 10 of 12. So with 5 sacks, a sore arm, and a swollen
thumb, Brett will start his 129th consecutive regular season game next week,
tough guy that he is.
A win is a win, and with a new stadium upcoming, Packer fans should be
happy.

And the 2 that Philadelphia dropped?

Isn't Unca Mikey 1-2??

I think Driver and Favre share the responsibility for that one INT.
At that point I think Driver was improvising. Driver found a soft
spot in the seam and settled into it, while Favre thought he was going
to run though it. It was bad timing and in a way, both made the
correct decision and both made the wrong decision.

Yeah, it's not like the Eagles have one of the best CB tandems in the NFL
or anything.
And imagine that... Dave even got the yardage wrong, since NFL.COM says
Favre had 189 yards passing.
two ringy dingies,
three ringy dingies...
how many ringy dingies till *Ache*man retires...

Of course, no one expects him ever to get anything right. By some
strange coincidence, his percentage of being right about anything
through the years is the same as Aikman's completion percentage so far
this season.
One more ring would probably please him.
How many more "aches" before Favre is benched?

I just used P+ numbers. Maybe they subtracted sacks.
I believe he's just getting warmed up...
...and as much as I dislike the boyz... there's something about watching a
millionaire's toy lose that just warms the soul...
yet people wonder, how does he keep being more correct in his predictions
than the man who wrote a book????
