(corrected re-post; in the mention of a 3-way tie
at .624 Win% for Favre-Connerly-Van Brocklin,
I mistakenly referred to Win% as passer-ratings,
fixed below; I also added more about Tom Brady
witnessing 'The Catch' & about the information
at the following link & in this post)

In the NFL, the starting quarterback is the only
position credited with records of wins and losses.

Active quarterback Tom Brady holds the record for
the most regular season wins with 230. Among re-
tired players, Brett Favre & Peyton Manning have
the most regular season wins with 186 each.

Brady also holds the record for the most postsea-
son wins, with 34, and the record for combined
wins in the regular season and postseason, with
264.

List

The sortable table linked to at the top of this post
shows the top 100 NFL quarterbacks in order of
regular season wins since the start of the modern
era, 1950.

That table also shows every team that those 100
quarterbacks played for & their records with each
team.

This post only shows Top 20 Career Quarterback
Regular Season Win%, displayed by double-click-
ing on the 'Career Win%' column, showing total
career Wins-losses-win% for all teams each QB
played for.

Note - For ties, % computed using the modern
'tie = half win/half loss' formula. The source web-
site for this article does *not* use that modern
formula to compute % for QBs who played before
that modern formula was instituted.

Note 2 - The following includes 11 Hall of Famers
& 4 active QBs highly likely to be future Hall of
Famers.

Note 3 - 2 Cowboys, Hall of Famer Roger Stau-
bach (4th) & non-Hall of Famer Danny White (11th)
are on this list. Danny backed up Roger for 4 years
but had the misfortune of losing 3 straight NFC
Championship games in his first 3 years taking
over after Roger retired, the 1981 loss by 1 point ...

... infamous for Joe Montana's comeback winning
TD to TE Dwight Clark simply referred to as 'The
Catch', a catch which Tom Brady witnessed as a
4-year-old in the end zone stand next to where
'The Catch' was made, along with his dad.

'The Catch' was likely instrumental in inspiring
Tom Brady to eventually become the Greatest of
All-Time (i.e., the GOAT).

Brett Favre's Win% & both Charlie Conerly's
& Norm Van Brocklin's Win% using the modern
formula = .624; however, their Win% carried out
16 decimal places =

Brett Favre .6241610738255034
Charlie Conerly .6238095238095238
Norm Van Brocklin .6237623762376238

so, that's why Brett Favre is listed as the QB with
the 20th-best career regular season Win% .
