Follow-up correction for one of Skip
Bayless's statements in the previous
post:
/> ~> .> Dak should be traded.
~> .> I'm glad you agree with me. What's your

.> In that video, at one point it's mentioned
.> trading Dak for Lamar Jackson. Some-
.> where else it's mentioned trading Dak
.> for Aaron Rodgers.
.>
.> In that video, Skip Bayless says Dak has
.> not had 2 straight games with no turn-
.> overs in his last 49 games.
Skip's statement is incorrect, a statement
he made 9:16 into the video linked to above.
After a thorough review of Dak's turnovers
in 2019 to 2022, he only played in 36 straight
games with not having 2 straight games with
no turnovers.

Last time Dak had at least 2 straight games
with no turnovers was the 13th to 15th games
of the 2019 season. Since then, at least 1 turn-
over in
o 2019 season 16th game
.. (total of 1 game)
o 2020 season 2nd to 5th games (injured/
.. out for the rest of the year)
.. (total of 5 games, no turnovers in game 1)
o 2021 season 1st to 3rd & 5th to 6th
.. (inactive in week 7) & 8th & 10th &
.. 12th to 14th & 16th games
.. (total of 16 games, no turnovers in games
.. 4, 9, 11, 15, 17)
o 2022 season 1st game (inactive weeks 2 to 6)
... & 8th to 9th & 11th to 17th & 2nd playoff games
... (total of 14 games, no turnovers in games
... 7, 10, & 1st playoff game)
So, that's 36 straight games in which Dak
has not had 2 straight games with no turn-
overs, correcting Skip's statement that Dak
has not had 2 straight games with no turn-
overs in 49 straight games.
.> Skip & Shannon surmise that Dak is so
.> happy with his salary + all the money he
.> makes from his ads that he simply does
.> not have the burning desire that's required
.> to win a Super Bowl. Jerry Jones, despite
.> his saying he wants that, Skip surmises ...
.>
.> ... that he's living off his 1990s Super
.> Bowl wins & with all his wealth & fame
.> & fortune & Hall of Fame standing Jerry
.> simply doesn't have the burning desire
.> to do what it takes to win another Super
.> Bowl. Skip says Jerry should have ...
.>
.> ... been angry after that Dak demise vs
.> the 49ers, but instead he & Dak were
.> talking about getting it done next year,
.> winning a Super Bowl(?) -or- losing their
.> 8th straight Divisional playoff game, you
.> be the judge.
.>
.> Even though McCarthy wasn't mentioned
.> in the actual video though he was men-
.> tioned in that video title, one wonders if
.> McCarthy is also short of the burning
.> desire it takes to win his 2nd Super Bowl
.> in what would be his 17th season as a
.> head coach.
.>
.> Not a capologist am I but the cap hit for
.> trading Dak looks huge to me, making
.> Dak untradeable for the next 2 years, but
.> I've never been good at understanding the
.> salary cap ins & outs:
