While the sports media trumpets everything about Sanders, Williams, Nix, and Penix, the Cougars led by Ward have put together a solid run. The Bruins defense is vulnerable against a spread out passing offense and the Cougars exploit it.

The Buffs are shorthanded due to key injuries. Anticipating this game will end up being very close. The Sun Devils defense will force a late turnover to secure the upset.

The Beavers haven't been spectacular on offense but they are balanced and steady performers. Their defense is really good and the Bears won't have much success against it.

The Trojans are frustrating fans because they appear to dominate opponents half the time and lose focus the other half. But they keep winning - at least for now - and being back home after two road games will make a big difference. Fight On!

I believe another close game on the road. I still see the buzz following these buffs. Against a beatable team. The road team pulls off a win.

Oregon St 27 @ California 31
I don't know what to think. I was sure OSU would beat the Coogs. The beavs looked bad getting that defeat. Cal is no pushover. I not digging having to pick another road win either. Cal pulls of a home upset.

Arizona 24 @ USC 45
AZ will try the 7 man defensive backfield to stifle Caleb. I think USC will be more committed to the run & gash through the green a bunch. It won't be close in the end. AZ on the road isn't the same as AZ at home last week. Just ain't going to happen.
