oh, what the heck. I can't run out the clock so I better try my luck

ARIZONA at CALIFORNIA
I really want Cal to win but with no Best and having lost last week at
home it looks bleak. And yet....I'm going with what would now be an
upset. Bears 24-23

ARIZONA STATE at OREGON
Ducks to win easily, 43-18...hmm..my fingers slipped and typed 53,
which I changed back. If they do score 53 I'll come back and claim the
43 was a typo. Oops. did it again!

WASHINGTON at OREGON STATE
Beavers are only 1 game out in the conference. I know some people love
Locker but I don't see it. Beavs 30-21

STANFORD at USC
Key matchup. I like SC at home but not by much. Trojans 30-28

UCLA at WASHINGTON STATE
And UCLA gets a win, 31-13

No way does lightning strike twice... oh wait, you were referring to
Oregon's score. Never mind.

(see what happens when you become the big dog in the conference...
everyone turns mean on you :)

> ARIZONA at CALIFORNIA

UA - 31, Cal - 24

The Wildcats O-line has been doing a great job. Protecting the QB means
time for him to pass. Injured RB's means a need to pass. The Bears pass D
gives up yards. Foles will have a big game. Cal's QB play has been up and
down. If it is up this week the game will be close. If it is down look for
a blowout.

> ARIZONA STATE at OREGON

UO - 38, ASU - 20

The Sun Devils have a good defense but they can't score enough to keep up
with the Ducks. UO can score at will but they will score less this week
even though the Autzen crowd will be rockin'. The game will be close until
the second half when the Ducks take advantage of ASU miscues and pull away.

> WASHINGTON at OREGON STATE

OSU - 45, UW - 24

The Beavers are clicking on offense. Their pass D has a few holes. UW will
have to throw the ball to stay with the high flying OSU offense. Locker is
a better runner than passer so his passing performance will dictate the
outcome. The Huskies won't be able to contain the diverse attack and
outside speed from the Beavers.

> STANFORD at USC

Home sweet home. And home coming too. Fan support will be a big factor.
The Trojans have several defensive players back off injuries. They will
bolster the best defense the Trees have faced all year. It's obvious
Stanford will run the ball but the USC front seven will slow it down. The
Trees are 8th in conference for total defense. The Trojans offense will get
style points for their production. Fight On!

> UCLA at WASHINGTON STATE

UCLA - 33, WSU - 10

The Bruins speed and athleticism will be way too much for the feeble Cougar
defense. With their QB questionable due to injury, WSU has a bigger
challenge than previous games. The UCLA defense is back on track and they
will control the game and probably get a couple of TO's to help thier
offense score.
