Christian Laettner rumor

Hey -

Could anyone verify a rumor that's going around? Is C.L. gay? I saw a piece on
him in "Parade" magazine where someone asked about this, and all they said was
that he has a long-distance girlfriend @ Duke who he's still seeing, and is
therefore not "actively dating."

Just a note - I have heard that Laettner and teammate Brian Davis are
often seen in Mpls. strip clubs after games. Female strip clubs, that is.

No, he isn't gay. This rumor came about at Duke because Laettner and Brian
Davis were always together (they are best friends) - and in a SI article Brian
talked about how smooth Laettner was for a white guy (on the dance floor, etc.),
and the rumors spread.

PS I met Brian Davis at the Target Center. He's got a good sense of humor, and
he is a nice guy. He and Micheal Williams laughed when I asked Chuck Person
if he was getting along with everybody. Chuck was not amused.
