I remember the dream season in 75 and Stormin' Norman almost prevented
it from happening when the dubs ALMOST didn't get past Chicago. He
and Sloan defensively were a nightmare for the Warrior guards.
Tough competitor, as was that whole Bulls team who the Ws upset.
Because of the sweep of Washington people forget that Chicago was also
considered to be the much better team, and they actually played like a
good team at that time. Van Lier left us way too young.

In the words of Bob Dylan; written I believe for Causas Clay
"May your hands always be busy may you feet always be swift may you have
strong foundation when the winds of change shift may your heart always be
joyful may you song always be sung and may you stay forever young." Dont we
all wish we could stay forever young?!!!
RIP Norm
side note those Bulls teams should rank with some of the greatest ever
depsite never winning a title. They IMO would have beaten the Rockets
Pistons Heat and possibly some of the Spurs title teams

Thanks for posting that. The Bulls also lost "Red" Kerr yesterday. Quite
a sad day for the franchise.
