I tried to complain to this guy's puplisher, but apparently it's a
Publish on Demand deal - so he's the one who responded. He threatened
me with the following:

"You better withdraw from your indignant posts at once.
I will not tolerate this any longer. This is the second time you have
emailed me.
It better stop at once."

I only wrote one email to who I thought was his publisher. If anyone
knows the best way to get this guy to stop, his "real" email is:
