Riggleman said that Guzman would play 2b next season.
Latest rumors say the Nats are talking to SS Adam Everett and Alex
Gonzalez. They are statically similar and offensively mediocre.
Hopefully, Ian Desmond can beat them out during ST.

Well, he sure as hell can't play SS, never has.
Will he suck less at 2B?

Ick. I'd rather have Guzman hit 8th and the Nats bring in a real #2
hitter. Someone with patience, bat control and the ability to hit for
average. Guz is a nice player but he's streaky, swings at anything -
he puts a lot of balls in play, but I couldn't count on him to work
the count and see pitches....
