That means they probably won't resign Smotlz. So will Smotlz start or
work out of the Pen?

"The Nats are Smoltz's last resort."....... Grrrr....I don't want that guy
in a Nats' uniform. Oh, he's a starter alright...It's Javy or what we have
already for me. I'm wishfully hoping that Pudge might influence fellow
countryman Vasquez to sign up for a couple of years with the Nats....
