We seem to have a string of adequate catchers.
Maybe they are average, but none are close to above average.
Watching the Phillies in the playoffs, is it crystal clear that J T Realmuto
is way above average. Three time all star, league leader in offense and defense, golden glove award.
Why do the Nats settle for catchers without offense or notable defensive skills?
