Prior to game 2, some piece of garbage, who is a Phoenix disc jockey, called
Flynn, Darryl's widow, and asked her if she had a date for the game. He then
said she was "hot" before she hung up the phone. All of this happened live on
the radio during his morning program as he was taunting her. This same outfit
followed Andy Benes to a coffee shop near the Cards hotel and were chanting,
"Benes sucks" over and over. Benes had a great comeback by saying, "Why don't
you wake up Randy and ask him why he sucks? We beat him 12-2." Needless to say,
the Cards and thousands of other fans were outraged by this. The Phoenix radio
station at first said they weren't going to do anything, but pressure from
sponsors forced them to suspend this "man" indefinitely.
On another topic, I'm glad you enjoyed your trip to St. Louis. It's too bad it
was on a sad night, but I'm still thrilled you enjoyed yourself.

KUPD easily could have sued ESPN for embellishing the story far beyond the truth and reality of a phone call in bad taste, nothing more, no visit to the hotel room, no stalking off Kyle's Wife all BS.
Hopefully, now you got over it little man, you were, and still are insignificant in the entire process.
