I don't see what Matty's accomplishments in the 90's have to do with
his being on the All-80's team. Williams belongs on the all-90's team,
not the all-80's. Williams' career stats, at the end of '89, vs. Kevin
Mitchell's first two seasons in SF (when he primarily was a third
baseman):

Jack Clark would have been a better choice than Chili Davis. Again

I still say Rueschel, but this is not that bad a pick. I would have

saving the Dave Dravecky comeback game despite how much pressure he had

Because, hey, that '81 team had a pretty good look, ok? But not Jack
