Injuries & Moves: DeSclafani, Jackson begin rehab assignments

According to MLB, DeSclafani and Jackson are starting rehab. DeSclafani was dealing with shoulder fatigue after a half season of pitching, which is kind of ominous. It's risky planning on him making it all the way to the end of the season, let alone the playoffs.
