Hey there folk,

I just found out at the last possible moment that the person who was going
to be sitting with us at the Division Series games can't make it in to town
until the ALCS. Well, his loss is your gain!

Here's the opportunity to go to the M's Division Series games, sit with
Derek, me, and my wacky friend Erin, AND beat the scalpers at the same
time: I'm offering one seat to each game for EXACTLY WHAT THE TICKET
COSTS!!!

That's a $10 ticket for exactly $10! And I'm not even going to charge you
part of the TicketBastard service charge (my slightly flaky friend who
can't make it will absorb that)! Why, this is even legal *within* the
Seattle city limits! (I *will* let you buy me a beer if you want, however.)

Details: It's off Aisle 237 (exact ticket location upon e-mail request). A
name I recognize will get priority over one I don't. Someone who wants both
games will have priority over someone who just wants one. Any request from
anyone who has sold tickets for greater than face in this ng will be
dropped into the bitbucket. I reserve the right to withdraw this offer at
any time.

E-mail (rember to remove that pesky "remove" or the thing will bounce) and
I promise to reply (unless you're a reseller- see above).

Let's take a look at the title of this ng. It sez here,
"alt.sports.baseball.sea-mariners." I wonder what "sea" stands for? Hmmm. I
don't blame you for being confused. (Of course, someone who sells anything
in a discussion group is confused to begin with. Seattle.forsale is down
the hall, three doors on your left.)

Now I'm really confused.

Hint: it's where I can accept the exact face value of a ticket in exchange
for giving someone that ticket, and help dry up the market for scalpers in
the process.

You don't appear to like that, but of course, you appear to approve of spam.

Even bigger hint: If you contributed anything to this group but pro-spam
posts, you might carry some weight. As it is, you are about as important to
alt.sports.baseball.sea-mariners as the guy who posted the "Happy Bats
Choose Happy Balls" ad.

Bigger Hint: I don't care if you are selling at a loss, it is still selling in
a discussion group. You are the one who said such behavior was inappropriate
and your attempt to justify your behavior by citing time and cost constraints
are lame. Personally, I don't mind if people sell mariner tickets in this
newsgroup and I don't care what price they ask. You, on the other hand,
pontificate rules which you don't follow. Seattle.forsale is down the hall,
three doors to your left.

Big words, little actual meaning (I was about to make a David Pease joke,
but it would have been unfair to Mr. Pease)- if I was in fact a "factual
charlatan" then that would make two of us.

Being called four-bit names by you is like being called dumb by Max Masters.
