3 year deal - 8 mil per.

I think management was at 5 and Blanton was at 8, so, I guess Blanton won.

Others still to sign are Victorino & Ruiz.

Just a matter of time, however, I could see Victorino being thornier than
Ruiz.

It was 7.5 Phillies, 10.25 Blanton, but he should be thrilled with his
8 for 3 years.

I say good for Joe Blanton. He is an ace-killer and usually keeps the
team in the game for 7 innings.
