I reckon they knew Condry was gone, so, this was his replacement. The Eyre
story is interesting in that last we heard he wanted to end his career as a
Phillie. I think the rhetoric is just posturing on the GM's part, but, I
still find it disappointing that Eyre may go elsewhere for likely the same
amount.
As for this bloke, he's a defected Cuban. That's a story right there.
Keep up the posts, Joe. And, feel free to message me independently should
you wish to *share* some of those *meds* you are on. No double-standards
