Those were the good old days.

That was too close to call though to be honest, it might have just barely
hit the shirt. I dare anyone to try and call that in real time.
Tigers have no excuses, it was fair. Polanco's strike out was a horrible
call but it evened out with Cabrera. (sorry Scotty if I spelled it wrong, I
don't care).
No, it hit him. In real time yes, that was a tough one.

It might have barely hit his shirt, not him. I might have felt a bit guilty
if they gave it to him, and that's after all the replays.

It didn't hit Inge, it merely brushed his shirt. That call
ALMOST made up for the phantom "hit" on Huff's pant
leg in the 10th.

No, it really didn't. They replayed it several times and it barely brushed

The ump made the correct call there.
By rule, you hit the uniform, it's a hits batsman.
By replay, it really looked like neither did...for Huff or Inge.
A better argument could have been made for Huff, but not for
Inge. With Inge it was just the wind of the ball that flapped his
shirt...plus I think he was intentionally crowding the plate with
the bases loaded trying to get that call.
Go buy a box of kleenex.
The wind flapped his shirt?
Not that the Twins (or their Cub-fan like fans) will do it but they
should be thanking the White Sox for playing the Tigers tough, taking
4 of 6 against the Tigers in the Sox last 9 games. The Sox started
Jake Peavy twice against the Tigers, even holding him back from a
start against the Indians so he'd face the Tigers.
My M.O. is to root for the White Sox and when they are eliminated to
root for the AL Central team, then if the AL Central team is
eliminated, root for the AL. In 2006 I was ticked off at the Tigers
World Series collapse. Hearing of what happened tonight, glad I
didn't watch it. I would be ticked off again. The Twins make it
difficult for me stick to my M.O.
Darn Tigers...
Which replay camera did you see? The same one that showed that Jose Mijares
had the ball slip out of his hand last week?
Quit making excuses, the Tigers lost this game fair and square.
Wow, could you be more clueless about the rules?
