Cubs have 3 on it:

ased
------------
Type A
John Grabow, RP, Cubs
Kevin Gregg, RP, Cubs

Type B:
Rich Harden, SP, Cubs

For some reason, I'm surprised that Grabow and Gregg and valued higher
than Harden, but I guess the stats back it up.

I was surprised at that too. How willing would a team be to give up a first
round draft choice for Gregg? (That's what he would cost, right?) I wouldnt.

In article <hdalmm$4gu$1...@news.eternal-september.org>, cla...@nospam.com
says...

If the Cubs do not offer arbitration to Gregg, and they won't, then the
team that signs him does not have to surrender a draft pick. Someone
will pick him up to work the 7th inning. Relief pitchers always seem to
be in demand.
