A-Gon's bat has finally come to life no thanx to the fair weathered
fans in this newsgroup who bashed him at every opportunity when he did
not perform to their satisfaction.

It is good to see the good guys kick TEE's ass.

You bash him because you are an asshole. A true fan would never bash a
Red Sox player. He might criticize him but bashing is bush league and
something to be expected from TEE.

I would like every player to get a hit every time they get up but it
aint gonna happen. I would like every pitcher to win every game they
pitch but it aint gonna happen.

Players will go into slumps, players will make errors and pitchers
will get shelled. It is part of the game. It is how "fans" deal with
adversity that determines whether they are true fans or just worthless
fair weather idiots. The true colors come out when the team and
players are not playing well.
